Background
The client came to Lead to Recovery (LTR) as a new startup seeking to increase brand exposure and acquire new admissions to their outpatient facility in SW Florida. As a startup, they had a smaller budget to work with in a very competitive market.
Lead to Recovery put together a customized program that offered both SEO and Local SEO at a competitive rate and scalable so the client could reinvest into campaign expansion based on ROI from our marketing efforts.
Strategy & Execution
During the initial stages of the engagement, we evaluated several of their top local competitors to better gauge how they were ranking organically in Google and Google Business Profile. Based on our competitor evaluation and a thorough audit of the client’s website and stats, we then proceeded to alter their website’s coding, content and build backlinks to better align their site to Google’s liking. We also completely overhauled their Google Business Profile (GBP) profile to lay the groundwork for future GBP optimization efforts which was a major focus of the campaign since they’re outpatient-only and needed local admits.
Ongoing throughout the SEO campaign, LTR created fresh copy for updating existing page content, creation of new landing pages and copy and blog posts to boost their content and keyword phrase footprint for their local market. Happening concurrently, LTR consistently acquired new backlinks to their site from relevant and highly authoritative resource sites which directly impacted their link popularity metrics and ultimately their keyword rankings.
For Local SEO, we built monthly location-specific business citations while also optimizing their images for hyper-local reference. Part of the 15+ optimization techniques used to optimize their GBP profile, LTR fed their GBP profile with fresh blog posts as micro-posts with “Learn More” CTA click-through options to increase exposure of their GBP profile and entice click-throughs to their site.
SEO Results
Organic SEO for this outpatient addiction treatment client showed marked improvements throughout the campaign with consistent growth throughout 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
